Anna represents companies, business professionals, financial advisors, and employees in a diverse range of complex litigation matters. Anna has successfully tried cases to verdict in Texas, and she represents clients in lawsuits and arbitrations throughout the country.

Anna analyzes complex facts specific to each case, outlines and implements effective legal strategies, and provides thoughtful guidance to help her clients evaluate the risk and reward of high-stakes litigation. Anna understands that her clients’ business and livelihood are often on the line, and she serves as a zealous advocate to obtain the best results for them.

Anna has a fierce work ethic. Known for her attention to detail and thorough analysis of key issues, you can count on Anna to know the nuances of your case and the ins-and-outs of your business. Anna does not flinch when faced with creative legal arguments from the other side. Instead, she anticipates and stands ready to combat them. She is committed to always “out-work” the other side.

Anna’s practice is primarily focused on complex business and employment disputes, including cases involving allegations of: breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, shareholder oppression, tortious interference, conversion, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, non-compete violations, and officer or director liability. Anna further represents individuals asserting a range of claims against their former employers.

Over the past several years, Anna has also developed a practice representing financial advisors in FINRA arbitrations and FINRA 8210 investigations. Specifically, Anna has helped advisors respond to allegations of improper client solicitation and demands for repayment of promissory notes. Anna has further represented clients in FINRA arbitrations involving claims of defamation, U5 “weaponization,” wrongful termination, and unlawful forfeiture of compensation.

Prior to joining IMcP, Anna worked at an international law firm with a large Texas presence and a Dallas litigation boutique firm. In law school, Anna served as an intern for two federal district court judges and one Texas district court judge, gaining extensive courtroom experience that has been invaluable in serving her clients.

Anna was raised in Cincinnati and Seattle but was sold on Texas after moving here for college. When not practicing law, Anna loves spending time with her husband, Ethan, their baby daughter, Evie, and her family (who have also all moved to Texas). Anna can also be found exercising at the PilatesBarre and participating in various ministries at her church.
