David Gross represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes litigation. His cases include partnership disputes, trade secrets, and investor disputes. He also has a special focus representing financial advisors in FINRA disputes, including matters regarding repayment of promissory notes, arbitrating defamation, U5 terms, and compensation forfeiture disputes.
David was previously the Associate General Counsel and VP for U.S. Home Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company that was acquired by the Home Depot. He was responsible for overseeing the human resource functions of the company and providing business and legal advice to the executive team. As the result of his in-house experience, Gross dealt with business, employment, and other legal issues in approximately 30 states.
David was previously a Partner in the Labor and Employment Group of Jackson Walker, LLP. Before Jackson Walker, David was a litigator at Looper Reed Mark & McGraw and Godwin Carlton & Maxwell.
David is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, and is licensed to practice law in Texas. David’s experience includes cases before the United States Court of Appeal for Fifth Circuit, various United States District Courts for the State of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Fifth Court of Appeals in Texas.
