Emily Cabrera is a litigation paralegal for Iacuone McAllister Potter. She has experience in complex business litigation matters, bankruptcy disputes, and employment lawsuits. Her work includes working with the firm’s trial teams on discovery, deposition preparation, filings, and trial preparation.
She is a certificated paralegal through the University of Tennessee. Emily was born and raised in east Texas. Outside of work at IMcP, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, and authentic Mexican food.
